We are preparing for the Painting Amendment vote, which will open on October 15th.
To make voting easier, faster, and more secure, your HOA Board is offering electronic voting.
But here’s the key: Florida law requires every homeowner to sign a Consent Form before we can send you an electronic ballot.
If you wish to vote electronically, you must complete the form by October 1st.
It only takes 2 minutes. You’ll be signed up for electronic voting in the Painting Amendment vote and all future HOA votes.
It also saves mailing costs and helps more of our neighbors participate.
While paper ballots will still be mailed out, electronic voting is the easiest and quickest way to make sure your vote is counted.
